Nonprofit leaders are addressing the world’s toughest societal challenges, so why do they get the least support to care for their teams?
No matter your starting point, you and your team can make more impact and thrive.
HR Support
As a social impact leader, you hold a massive responsibility to take care of your team, but you’re not given the time or resources to support them properly!
You have a lot on your plate, and HR issues can be complicated and time-consuming. Meanwhile you and your team may be experiencing burnout, conflicts, miscommunication, and/or turnover.
A thoughtful HR strategy enables your team to bring their best thinking and work toward your mission! We can help you stabilize, support, and sustain your team so you can create an environment where everyone can thrive!
Our HR services are tailored to support the needs of small- to medium-sized nonprofits.
Strategy Planning
You and your team have incredible ideas and a vision for change, but you need a clear path for how to achieve that vision. You also need to bring others along with you and inspire them to support the journey. A clear strategy helps you prioritize your team’s efforts for maximum impact.
Funders
You care about the nonprofits you fund and you want your contributions to have the biggest impact. Foundations and donors play a critical role in supporting the organizational health of nonprofits and their teams so we can all thrive. We partner with foundations and donors on effective giving strategies.
