Strategy Session

45-minute strategy session to talk through your ideas and current strategy. Sometimes all you need is an outside expert to offer unique perspective and explain the ways that funders and other stakeholders will or won’t understand what you’re trying to do. The first session is at no cost so you can get to know us.

Strategy Workshop & Facilitation

We can help you design and facilitate a strategy session or workshop with your team and other stakeholders. We work with you to clarify the goals and develop an agenda that will meet those goals. Every voice matters, and we’ll make sure to get real input and help make sense of it to get to clear outcomes.

Strategic Planning Process

This is typically a 6-9 month engagement that involves the Board, staff, partners, and beneficiaries. Strategic planning will help you gain clarity on how to best fulfill your mission in the next 3-5 years & give a clear picture to your funders so they can help you. The process includes identifying your goals, why they matter, the resources required, and the metrics to measure success.
