    Strategic Planning & Learning

    • We partner with you and your stakeholders to gain clarity on how to best fulfill your mission and learn from it over the next 3-5 years. We will help you understand your strengths & opportunities, listen to beneficiaries, iterate, and clearly define the organization’s priorities, why they matter, the resources required, and the metrics to measure success. We also work with your organization to infuse equity in your internal and external processes and work to apply DEI principals into all facets of the culture & programs.

  • Maximize your foundation’s impact by supporting the organizational health of grantees. ALL-in provides capacity building services to grantees either individually or as a cohort. We partner with your grantees to listen to their organizational challenges and work together with them to ensure strong, resilient organizations. We can also provide training opportunities for nonprofit cohorts around a range of topics such as leadership development, change management, DEI, and more.

    Additionally, ALL-in helps foundations design or refine capacity building grant programs. We partner to understand your goals and constraints and design an equitable grant program that supports the organizational health of nonprofits, resulting in more effective and sustainable programs and ultimately greater impact in your foundation’s issue areas.
